“Non-farm payroll employment continued to decline in September (-263,000), and the unemployment rate (9.8 percent) continued to trend up. The largest job losses were in construction, manufacturing, retail trade, and government.”
 
Training Provider Certification System (TPCS)
The Department of Labor has granted the Texas Workforce Commission a waiver which will extend the certification period for applications listed on the TPCS list until June 30, 2011.  View the Statewide Certified Training List.  View the Classification of Instructional Program Codes for the Targeted, High-Priority, Occupations.
