Our Youth program offers a variety of services to eligible South Plains youth ages 14-21. Youth services are funded through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and provide continuing education and support to economically disadvantaged youth. Youth Career Counselors contribute to the personal development of area youth by assisting youth to achieve their full potential.
